In prison nothing was more special than conjugal day, the twice monthly visit of prisoner's wives and girlfriends. However love wasn't in the air for Frank after he got into a fight and had to send Earl to the prison lovenasium to explain to where he was to his hot girlfriend.

Unfortunately Billie is less-than impressed and when Earl inadvertently reveals Frank's been flashing a naked picture of her around she's furious and dumps him. Having had his Karma list confiscated, Earl adds it to his new prison list at Number 4 – Made Frank's girl dump him, and sets out to make amends.
Whilst Joy and Catalina are trying to blackmail each other over less-than-flattering pictures of them on the toilet, Earl does his best for Frank using the prison dating service but an encounter with a pre-op transsexual and a blonde with abandonment issues force them into a final act of contrition to get Billie back.
Seeing how Frank was showing everybody inside nude pictures of Billie, Earl figures a fitting atonement would be to show everybody outside nude pictures of him. It's only when their billboard campaign works and Billie gives up her studies again to be with Frank Earl faces a new problem: Is it better to help someone on the list, or help somebody who really deserves it?
