Don't cry for me Camden County! Season Three may have finished but dry your tears! You can still catch up on all the action in our amazing episode guides...
It's not sweet, it's pathetic!
G.E.D
After being turned down for a Credit Card by the Camden Savings & Loan because he doesn't have a job, education or a permanent place of abode, Earl's feeling down when he realises he's never become an adult.

Maybe you should put yourself on the list for screwing yourself out of becomming an adult?
All he's got is the list, but Joy points out even that's not spelled correctly and he doesn't follow the numerical order, so Catalina suggests he puts himself on the list seeing as he screwed himself out of growing up, so Earl enters the world of subsets; Number 273 – Kept Myself From Being an Adult, 273a – Finish High School, 273b – Get a Real Job, 273c – Move Out of the Motel.

After flunking out of school, passing his General Education Development certificate proves harder than Earl imagined, so he heads back to High School to convince his former teachers to help him pass the tests. However the teachers remember him too well, and after years of being abused by little fuzznuts like him, they're unwilling to help… unless Earl does something for them first.

Looks like I'm a third of the way to becoming an adult, or two sixths, or three ninths, or 'D' all of the above
After an arrangement which starts with Earl taking on the worst class and ends in an exploding 1968 cobalt blue Camero, the teachers get revenge on the kids and regain some self-respect, and Earl gets a hand in getting a third of the way to becoming an adult after he passes his G.E.D. with their help.

Karmic Words of Wisdom
"Well one night a speed freak broke into his room, slammed Earl's head against the bathtub until he passed out, then went to the bathroom and left without flushing." Catalina
"Darnell! Darnell! Look, it's The Crab Shack and there's your wife, she's hot. Tonight you're going to go home and play Atari, everything's alright!" Earl
"I don't want to be a loser; I don't want to lose at Rock, Paper Scissors to a monkey." Summer
