Dylan's father makes a surprise return, Lynette suspects Tom of arson, and Orson admits to everything...
Rick accuses Tom of burning down his Italian restaurant as he find matches from Scavo's Pizzeria. They end up fighting which lands them all in the police station. Lynette covers for Tom although she truly believes he could have burned down Rick's restaurant. Tom strongly denies it, and even accuses Lynette of having an affair with Rick.
The Scavo twins later reveal that it was they who burned down Rick's restaurant.
Carlos gets a seeing-eye dog - Roxy - who he adores. Feeling neglected, Gabrielle tries to get rid of Roxy, but she keeps coming back! Eventually she caves in and has to share the bed with Carlos and Roxy, understanding that if she can't put up with Roxy, another woman will!
Dylan's policeman father - Wayne Davis - tracks her down after seeing her photo in the newspaper. She sneakily agrees to meet him in private - without telling her suspicious mother Katherine. He reveals he used to hit Katherine years ago, but he's a changed man. Besides, he reveals Katherine used to hit him too.
Orson finally admits to Mike that he intentionally ran him over years ago, causing Mike's amnesia. Mike confides in an emotional Susan who immediately confronts Orson and Bree. Her ultimatum - she is still Bree's friend but can no longer bear the sight of Orson, and will never forgive him.
Later relenting, she admits if Mike can forgive Orson, so can she. But Bree is not so easy to convince, who kicks Orson out of the house. As she cannot forgive him their marriage is over.
