#321 - Show Me Love
 When Dawson discovers that Leery's Fresh Fish has sponsored Pacey and his "True Love" in the upcoming Capeside Regatta, he strong-arms Jack into letting him borrow his father's boat and turns the race into a classic grudge match. With the help of Mitch and Jack, Dawson, a notoriously bad sailor, joins the Regatta and lets his desire to beat Pacey overtake his sense of sportsmanship.
While Dawson drags his friends into his personal mission to show up Pacey, Henry undertakes an obsessive campaign to win back Jen's affections and Will finds out that he has been accepted to Rawley, an exclusive prep school. 
#322 - The Anti-Prom
 It's prom season and Capeside High is awaiting the event with giddy trepidation. When Dawson asks Joey to be his date, she reluctantly agrees despite their awkward state of "affairs." Jack is forced to face a tyrannically homophobic prom coordinator who refuses to allow him to attend with Ethan. In response to this act of injustice (and in fear that Joey might boycott the prom altogether) Dawson organizes an alternative prom at Leery's Fresh Fish. The evening turns out to be a parade of misfits and malcontents, and all of the prom pressure further alienates Capeside's most notorious love-triangle.
Meanwhile, Jen dangles prom-night nookie in front of Henry, and Mitch and Gale show Dawson that love does sometimes get a second chance.
#323 - True Love
 In an emotionally charged season finale, the many star-crossed lovers of Capeside go to dramatic lengths to mend their romantic rifts. Gail and Mitch finally take their second walk down the aisle, attended by Dawson and a mentally exhausted Joey. Dawson, inspired by his parents re-marriage, reconsiders Joey's and his relationship. Meanwhile, Pacey, who is preparing to sail to Key West for the summer, makes a final desperate attempt to convince Joey of his love.
Spurred to action by Grams' story of a past love that never even began, Jen resolves to repair the damage done to her relationship with Henry, while Jack wrestles with his conflicting feelings about Ethan.
