Richard Pryor
Universally acknowledged as one of the most influential comedians of all time. His subject matter included the many tragedies in his own life and he presented the truth as he saw it in an expletive-laced, free-form style. His seminal live performances over nearly 30 years led to him being recently voted as the greatest comedian ever in a Comedy Central poll.

Has so far released two best-selling stand-up DVDs featuring his sell-out shows, Animals and Politics.

He and Baddiel were also the first comedians to sell-out the 12,000 seat Wembley Arena as comedy became briefly known as 'the new rock n roll'. Lately his stand-up routines have become more politicised.
