Week Four's Recipes
Margaret O'Loughlin
Speciality: Coconut Prawns
Margaret fell in love with the West Indies while on holiday, so she's bringing a Caribbean theme to her menu. The mum-of-two adores coconut so much that it's in all but one of her courses; if her guests aren't as keen, her hopes of victory could soon be desiccated. And she's so keen to keep her kitchen clean that she throws away one of her dishes by mistake!

Julia John
Speciality: Crab Salad
Actress Julia has to put on the show of her life for her dinner party, but it seems things aren't going to be alright on the night when she can't find the figs for her starter; then her fishmonger runs out of the cod for her main course, so Julia has to improvise. When the curtain goes up on her crab starter, she's horrified to discover two of her guests hate crustaceans.

Paula Pearson
Speciality: Spinach Soup
Tough-talking PR Paula knows some of the town's top restaurateurs and she's not too proud to call in a few favours. She's schmoozed the head chef at a local hotel into making the starter and dessert, as well as giving her tips for the main course. Paula's so sure that she's blagged her way to that £1,000 prize that she takes a three-hour afternoon nap!

Nathalie Clarke
Speciality: Banoffee Pie
Glamour model-turned-housewife Nathalie may have braved the cameras but she's a bundle of nerves when it comes to cooking for her four feisty female guests. She hopes the fireman she's booked to serve the drinks will distract them. But when nervous Nathalie forgets how long the main course has been in the oven, can the fireman rescue her hopes of winning the prize?

Melinda Padley
Speciality: Beef Wellington
Farmer Melinda hopes to harvest the £1,000 prize with an upmarket evening. She's laying on a bumper crop of food including Beef Wellington, crab salad and a pudding of prunes. As the pressure builds, she soon resorts to a drop of gin for a spot of Dutch courage. Can Melinda give her rivals the boot with her Beef Wellington? Or are her hopes as shrivelled as her prunes?
