This brand new company is a girl's answer to getting fit whilst having fun. Offering free online training, park workouts and even sessions at your office for you and your co-workers, the SUPERchick girls are about promoting female friendly fitness to suit you.
James Bond is cool. Fact. At London Quest they can tailor make you your very own interactive 007 experience. You'll dash around London solving clues, find yourself asking for your Martini "shaken, not stirred" and have a truly amazing adventure.
Taking place every other month, this is a night is about two things; tap dancing and jazz music and anyone can get up on the stage and show off their shuffling skills accompanied by a live band. The next jam is at Digress in September.
At this East London studio you can learn how to design and make your very own print whether it's on paper, canvas, a t-shirt - whatever you want! They host a variety of workshops and if after one session you find yourself hooked you can become a member.
