 Bigger and Tougher.
Big Brother is back, bigger and tougher than ever before.
The live show has become an annual summer event for millions who tune in, turn on, and watch the house contestants live on the web, E4, and Channel 4.
And there are new rules. Clearly, the production crew keeps the facts a closely guarded secret, but we can reveal that there will be TWELVE people in the house this year and Big Brother will be taking the rule book MUCH more seriously.
Many of you wanted Big Brother to get tougher and as a result any participants found breaking the rules will be given three warnings and then they're OUT.
Better still, Big Brother is forcing the participants to give proper reasons why they're making their nominations. No more drippy excuses like "I think they're missing their kids" or "I just don't think they like it in here." This time they've GOT to get personal.
Contestants will also be allowed far fewer belongings than before. Yet none of this has dissuaded the applicants. A record 150,000 hopefuls entered the application process - three times as many as last year. Almost 10,000 videos were sent in and 2,500 people were interviewed to find our final twelve.
But as usual, it doesn't mean a thing without you - after all, it's YOU who gets to choose who stays and who goes. |
