Leonard, Howard, Raj and a plethora of other geeky types crowd around Sheldon’s office – he’s got a hot girl in there. The hot girl gaining admirers left, right and centre is Missy, Sheldon’s twin sister, who’s in town to get Sheldon’s signature on papers for their dad’s estate. Despite Sheldon’s protest, Leonard insists she stays over at their place.
Motivated by Missy’s beauty, Raj tests a new miracle drug to overcome shyness, which actually works, but it also comes with some unwanted side-effects. Meanwhile, Sheldon realizes that he has to protect the genetic integrity of his sister’s future offspring.
Sheldon’s attempts at pimping Missy out for cheese are cut short when she lets him know that it is her who will decide whom she will date. After a Wii boxing tournament Leonard sets about asking Missy on a date, but it’s Raj she wants – a pity his medication’s worn out.
