The Big Brother Vote ("Vote") is organised by or on behalf of 4 Ventures Limited and/or Channel Four Television Corporation of 124 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2YX ("Channel 4"). By participating in the Big Brother Vote you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You may cast your vote by the following method: premium rate telephone call. There is no alternative voting method. It is not possible to vote using SMS.
You may vote as many times as you like. The eligibility of any vote entry is at the sole discretion of Channel 4.
The opening and closing of Vote lines and the numbers to call are all as advertised on the Channel 4 programmes 'Big Brother', 'Big Brother's Little Brother', 'Big Brother's Big Mouth' and on the Big Brother website. Votes cast outside of these times will not be counted and you will not be charged. Voting closes during the Eviction night programme. Please watch the Eviction night programme for exact closing time of the vote. Republic of Ireland voting closes at the start of the Eviction night programme. The results of the Vote will be announced during the "Big Brother" show. See Channel 4 or the Channel 4 website for precise times.
Channel 4 reserves the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent bulk votes have been cast.
Channel 4 may suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set the Vote for any reason at its sole discretion and at any time.
Under no circumstances will there be a refund for any vote cast (including where a housemate has already left the house) or for any misdialled calls. Channel 4 will announce whether any housemate has left voluntarily as soon as reasonably practicable on the Channel 4 website.
If you are not the bill payer, you must get permission from bill payer before calling.
At times you may not be able to get through to register your vote. Channel 4 is not liable for callers not getting through.
All votes are monitored by Electoral Reform Services. Channel 4's decision in respect of the votes is final.
Arrangements have been put in place which are designed to ensure that no-one will be charged for votes cast outside of the vote windows. Please contact your network provider or Channel 4 if you believe you have been charged for a call made outside of the vote window.
Channel 4, its group companies and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Channel 4 hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the Vote.

Channel 4 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website and such posting shall be adequate notice to all participants.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law.
