Can Lisa cut it as a barber? Our star snipper gives us the skinny...

This weekend, Lisa gave all the housemates haircuts as part of the Hair Today Task - and what haircuts they were! Mikey had a very close shave, Darnell took it all off, while Kathreya paid the price for being a bit snippy.

But what does Celebrity Scissorhands guru Lee Stafford make of Lisa's hairy handiwork? Is she talented with tresses, or should she be kept away from locks forever?

BB: So, what were your first impressions of Lisa's barbershop skills?

Lee: Useless! Absolutely useless. Wouldn't give her a Saturday job sweeping the floor.

BB: Blimey, that's a bit cutting! Why's that then?

Lee: 'Cause she's useless, isn't she? All she can do is whack hair off with clippers - anyone can do that, can't they? She didn't have a go with the scissors, did she?

BB: She did a bit, but not that you really noticed.

Lee: She didn't have a clue. She held the clippers like she was shearing sheep! I wasn't impressed. I mean, Darnell: he looks like the fella from The Hills Have Eyes now, doesn't he? He looks scary now! I liked his little white afro.

BB: What about Mikey?

Lee: When I first saw him, he looked absolutely terrifying! But I've quickly got used to it. I think it kind of suits him now.

BB: You say that anyone can cut hair with clippers. Is there any kind of skill involved?

Lee: Well, to be quite honest with you, not really. There's a bit of skill if you're using a guard, and trying to keep the guard on the clippers, but that's only being careful. There's not much skill in it otherwise - anyone can, without a guard, shave someone's hair bald. Even Mikey can do it.

BB: We'll take your word for it! And is there a certain type of head shape or physique that looks better shaved?

Lee: I think there is. If you've got a big long head then shaving it's gonna make you look like you've got a big long head. But then, you could have a big long head and look quite good with it. If you're a reasonably good-looking person, then shaving your head can look quite good. I mean, look at Bruce Willis... it's all the rage now, whether you're going bald or not. But if you're not particularly good-looking then it exposes every feature of your head, so it's not always the best shout.

BB: And what would you have done with Kathreya's hair?

Lee: She's quite a groovy little cat, isn't she? So you could have done a lot with her, really. She's got a short little number going on, and she's got quite an extravagant personality, so you could've done something really interesting with her. It could've been fun doing her hair.

BB: Do you think there's a certain hairstyle that suits a certain personality, then?

Lee: Oh, without a doubt. There's always exceptions to the rule, but someone like Kat could pull it off. She could have quite a crazy little hairdo. But somebody who's a bit more meek wouldn't be able to pull off something like that. But in general, people with big personalities can pull off big hair.

BB: What about Rex's hair?

Lee: Rex? I mean, it's just a classic 21st century haircut. Clean, short back and sides, a little bit on top, scruffed up... it's just everyday men's hair.

BB: I think Charlie Brooker suggested he had a croissant on his head!

Lee: It does have a little bit of a peculiar shape, doesn't it? There's something not quite right about it.

BB: What about Mohamed's 'fro?

Lee: I like 'fros, they look good. I think his hair looks good - with 'fros, it's like trimming a bush, you can put shapes in it. You haven't gotta just do it round, you can put any shape in it. You've seen what they do with hedges, haven't you?

BB: Which of the housemates would you most like to get your hands on? Their hair, that is!

Lee: Well, Rex's girlfriend Nicole is probably the best-looking housemate. You can't polish a xxxx, can you?! If you've got a good-looking person wearing a great haircut then it could look amazing, so the better your muse, the better your work's gonna look, so I'd probably like to work with her.
