How do I claim a refund after the eviction vote in week two was cancelled?

The eviction vote from week two was cancelled due to Emily's removal from the Big Brother House. Channel 4 is making no profits from this year's Big Brother vote and as a result at least 10p from every 25p vote already received will be shared amongst this year's nominated charities: Crisis, Help the Hospices and Samaritans.

If you had already voted for either Emily or Shabnam prior to the week's vote being cancelled and would like the cost of your vote refunded you can write to Big Brother at the freepost address below, you do not need to put a stamp on the envelope. You will need to send a copy of your phone bill to verify the telephone number you voted from as well as your name and address. Once your vote(s) have been verified we will send you a cheque refunding you for the votes you cast.

There will be one bedroom for all the housemates to share. There will also be a larder just off the kitchen area. In terms of décor, the house will have a modern feel to it, with clean lines and elegant furniture. The garden comes complete with a swimming pool.

Big Brother will decide on the housemates' rewards for task success. The rewards may include luxury shopping budgets or special treats.

What happens if a housemate cheats or breaks Big Brother rules?

If any housemate breaks the rules they may be asked to leave the House or receive another form of punishment, as decided by Big Brother.
