Only one entry per stamped envelope. Bulk entries or entries sent from trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted. Winners via this route will be notified by telephone by the next working day.
2. Open to UK residents only (subject to the relevant permissions and permits), excluding employees of Nestlé, Channel 4 and/or Endemol UK (and or their subsidiaries, affiliates and group companies), their families or anyone connected to this promotion.
3. Closing date for winning claims is 10:20pm on Friday 2nd June 2006 latest. Details of how to claim are contained in winning tickets. Golden Tickets are transferable to other people prior to making a claim. Once a claim has been made then Golden Tickets cannot be transferred
4. Claims can only be made via the method detailed on winning Golden Tickets
5. Winners are responsible for the safe keeping of their tickets until they are handed over to Nestlé. Nestlé, Channel 4 and Endemol UK cannot accept responsibility for any tickets that are lost or stolen prior to handover. Any lost or stolen tickets will be deemed void and the claim forfeited.
6. Golden Tickets will be subject to a full verification process. Only genuine, authenticated Golden Tickets will be accepted.
7. All claimants of Golden Tickets must be 18 years old or above. Big Brother will require full identification and proof of date of birth. Any claimants under the age of 18 years old will be immediately disqualified and no travel expenses paid for.
8. Golden Tickets that have been altered, defaced, amended, damaged or not printed for use in this promotion will be invalid.
9. Golden Tickets have been randomly distributed across a range of KitKat 4 Finger and Chunky singles available for sale from Friday 19th May 2006. All winning claims must be made by the 10:20pm on the closing date. Any Golden Tickets found after the deadline on 2nd June 2006 will be deemed void. There is no cash alternative.
10. Golden Ticket Claimants: There are 100 Golden Tickets. Golden Ticket holders will win a chance to be selected to become housemate in Big Brother series 7. Golden Ticket claimants will be invited to London to undergo a screening and interviewing process (with Big Brother producers and psychologists).
11. Successful claimants will be required to sign up to the Big Brother terms and conditions of appearing on the programme and contract. These terms and conditions and contract will be substantially similar to those that all Big Brother series 7 housemates will sign.
12. Reasonable travel expenses incurred by claimants in travelling to London will be refunded subject to claimants ensuring that they provide receipts for all travel and having agreed expenses in advance with Endemol UK (prior to their trip). Endemol UK will only cover costs directly related to the ticket claimant and not anyone accompanying them.
13. All claimants will be subject to extensive background checks and must provide all requested documentation. Big Brother shall be entitled, at any stage, to exclude claimants at Big Brother's sole discretion. Big Brother will not be obliged to give any explanation of why a claimant has been excluded.
14. Successful claimants (who have not been excluded) will be invited to the Big Brother studios to participate in the programme on Friday 9th June 2006. During this programme, one claimant will be selected to become a housemate in a manner to be determined by Big Brother at its discretion. The selected claimant will, with immediate effect, become a Big Brother housemate and will enter the Big Brother house and be subject to Big Brother's rules. For the avoidance of doubt excluded claimants will not be invited to appear on the programme 9th.
15. Winners must consent to participate in publicity.

18.To the extent permissible by law, Nestlé, Channel 4 and Endemol UK, its employees, contractors, suppliers and agents associated with this promotion shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless from any loss (including loss of opportunity), damage, injury or any other claim whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) as a result of or arising from a person participating in this promotion and associated publicity.
