
Why do I have to register?
Once you have purchased a Video Pass, you need to be logged into the Big Brother site to access Big Brother Video. To be able to log in you must complete the registration process.
The registration process requires you to supply a correct email address and to validate that address by clicking on the link in the confirmation email that is sent to your inbox.
I have received the confirmation email, but I cannot get the link to work
You can still confirm your registration by going to the Confirmation page and entering the details described in the email.
I have not received my confirmation email
If you have a spam filter running (often enabled by default on AOL, Hotmail, EarthLink, Yahoo and Gmail), please check your 'spam', 'bulk', or 'junk' mail folder if the email does appear not arrive.
The confirmation email should arrive almost immediately. Sometimes due to the Internet being busy it may take longer. If after 15 minutes you have still not received your email, contact us.
At this time AOL appears to be blocking the email. If you are an AOL user and do not quickly receive the email, contact our customer support.
How can I retrieve my password if I forget it?
Go to the Forgotten Password page.

Once logged in, you can update your details at the Amend Details page.
