Since leaving the House, ravishing blonde Vanessa has caused a tabloid frenzy with her snogging-a-celebrity and being-kidnapped-in-a-nightclub type antics.
But the South African stunner has also gone out of her way to ensure that we're never quite sure what to believe...
First came the reports that a terrified and tearful Ness was seeing fleeing a London night spot after a "kinky nutter" handcuffed himself to her and refused to hand over the key.
Then came media speculation that the entire 'kidnap' had been a publicity stunt for a forthcoming Sky One TV show planned for 2005, and that her alleged stalker was actually her future co-host.
And then there's her love life...
Paparazzi snaps of Vanessa and fellow reality TV star Ben Fogle strolling hand-in-hand down Portobello Road seemed to confirm stories that the pair were happy as Larry and "very much in love".
So are we to believe in this cross-reality TV show love match?
Or is there any truth in the rumour that Vanessa swapped a fare share of tongue juice with a scrummy runner while necking Pimms aplenty at the Big Brother Wrap Party?
Unless the little lady coughs up we may never know...
