The other housemates have been busy populating the nightclubs, celeb parties and tabloids - but not Jason. He slipped quietly away to Manchester to recover from his Big Brother experience.
"I spent a lot of time by myself," he told us in an exclusive interview. "I listened to music, mostly relaxing songs. I wanted some peace and quiet."
The fitness fan is now busy getting back into shape, spending time in the gym and going for long runs. This fits in with his plans to become a personal trainer. "I'd like to set up my own health club," he said. "My ideal client would be Angelina Jolie," he grinned.
Jason also intends to set the record straight. "I created a character for myself as I knew it would get me in to Big Brother... But that backfired on me.
"I want a more serious tag rather than be seen as a lad about town."
In a bid to be taken seriously, Jason decided to get into the party spirit with Victor and go to - the Hippodrome. A strange choice, some might say, as the Peter Stringfellow-owned club is not everyone's idea of the height of elegance and sophistication.
So what did Jason really think of life in the Big Brother House? "Most of it was torture," he growled.
And if he had the chance to do it again... "No chance," he muttered. However, he did say that if weights and a treadmill had been provided, "I could have stayed in there four months!"
Jason will be on the GMTV show tomorrow morning as well as appearing in Hot Stars and OK magazine.
Now what about those fake tan ads? The Auto Bronzant lover gave a totally Jason reply. "Once I get back into shape, I'll have a look at it."
