Private Nadia lost her rag with Sergeant Jason after a protracted discussion about rules led to a frank exchange of insults between the two.
Jason pointed out that as Sergeant he had the power to decide if a Private can smoke or not while on duty. But Nadia insisted she was going to smoke, regardless of "Sergeant's discretion."
Nadia didn't see why smoking should be an issue as it was not a task-failing matter.
But Jason insisted he was just using smoking as an example (of his power over the Privates).
"You know how sensitive I am about [smoking]," said Nadia. "You're picking on that all the time, Jason."
The discussion escalated into a row when Jason told her not to fly off the handle.
"I will do whatever I want to do," she screeched at him, prompting Jason to ask what her problem was.
"My problem is you, actually," she raged. "So don't pick on me." Jason insisted he wasn't picking on her, but Nadia was on a roll.

"Good, because I'm picking in you. It's my problem, it's my smoking," she went on.
Jason remained calm, but telling Nadia she was being "totally irrational" and that she should "act her age" probably didn't help.
"Oh my God, look who's talking," she snapped.
Jason rose to leave but as the sniping continued, he turned and told Nadia there was something on the floor.
"There it is. It's your dummy," he added.
"You moron! You bully!" Nadia yelled at full volume.
And after Jason had left the room, she said to Dan, quietly, "I don't like this task at all."
Really, Nadia? We would never have guessed...
