It's confession time in the Big Brother house as Justine admits to the others that she's had a nose job.

Seated by Steph at the dinner table, Justine came clean about her cosmetic surgery as the girls watched Cameron and Jon on the pedalo.

"I've got something to confess, I've had a nose job," admitted the 27-year-old sales manger as Brummie Steph gasped with disbelief.

"What was it like before?" panted cheeky Cameron from the pedalo as Justine proceeded with her confession.

"I had sinus problems; my Doctor suggested I have a nose job, then I was booked in two weeks later."

The Leeds lass went on to describe the gory details of her surgery to the others.
