Steph Is Evicted
Day 64, 21:15
Steph has been evicted from the House, just missing out on a place on the Big Brother podium.
To use a cricketing term, the Brummie lass has had a good innings, but she has fallen to the power of the public at the last hurdle.
The tenth housemate to be evicted, Steph received 7% of the public vote - clearly not enough to keep her in contention for a place in the last three.
The dust had barely settled on Jon's abrupt departure through the Diary Room back door when the time came for the first of the four real evictions to take place.
As Davina's voice boomed into the House, the four looked understandably nervous. "Cameron, Ray, Scott and Steph," she began, "You are down to the final four.
"Votes have been counted and verified, and I can reveal the housemate finishing in fourth place is.....Steph."
Steph emitted a gasp, before picking up on the noises she heard outside. "They're all booing," she gasped, "Why are they all shouting?"
Ray was quick to assure her they were not doing anything of the sort. "Relax!" he cried.
Given Steph only had one minute to leave, the goodbyes were hurried to say the least.
"I think I'm gonna pass out!" Ray exclaimed, but the coolest customer in the hugging melee appeared to be Steph.
"Good luck," she said calmly. But then she her true feelings were revealed. "I'm shaking, my legs are like jelly!" she said.

When the door had closed behind the pint-sized Redditch lass, the lads all quietened down to hear the crowd reaction. When they heard the cheers, they whooped themselves.
"What are we going to do now?" Scott prattled.
"Did you hear that scream!" Ray cried, "That was the loudest scream!"
Cameron's eyes then rolled as he pondered the fact he had made it to the last three. "How is it us, man?" he asked.
"The boys in white," he added, before realising that he was not clad in white himself. "Nearly," he corrected.
