Morning Sickness
Day 64, 11:55
Steph and Cameron were chomping at the bit already this morning about tonight's showdown. Meanwhile, Jon, Scott and Ray were fast asleep.
Steph was the first up and spent an hour maniacally cleaning surfaces and baking mince pies in true Steph style. She was then joined by Cameron who spent a similar amount of time showering and shaving with painstaking precision, in preparation for the evening's big event.
"The day has finally arrived," announced Steph somewhat dramatically.
Cameron couldn't understand why the others were still prostrate in bed on such a nerve-wracking day. "I don't know how people can [sleep] when there's so much going on."
To keep herself busy, Steph went to feed the chickens for the last time, greeting them with a cheerful "Hello sweethearts".
The two then gathered on the sofas for a chinwag. Steph started by looking back at her time in the House. "Two months have just washed off the face of the earth. Who'd have thought we'd still be here?"
"Not me that's for sure," replied Cameron.

Soon, the conversation inevitably led to this evening's activities. "Oh my God, we're leaving tonight; how exciting, but terrifying!" she announced.
"I hope it doesn't take long tonight - all this carry on," was Cameron's thought.
At that Steph started filing her nails furiously. "There might be fireworks for everyone that leaves," she wondered excitedly. "Will we have a party afterwards?"
"In a way I hope not - it'll be too much," replied Cam.
The couple's next thought was of seeing their folks. "I hope Mum's taken a few photos," said the Scot.
"They'll be well looked after," mused Steph about the hospitality for her friends and family.
They even talked about life after the House. "Do you think you'll sleep a lot when you get out?" asked Cameron. When Steph replied that she didn't know, Cameron guessed: "I think you'll find you'll get back to a normal routine."
But will that be possible if one of them wins?
