Forget Me Knots
Day 13, 19:11
Eight of the housemates have completed sections two and three of today's task.
Part two was undertaken by Sissy, Tania, Ray, Nush and Gos. They had been given the task of learning how to tie five different types of knots - Reef, Clove Hitch, Sheepshank, Bowline, and Round Turn & Two Half Inches.
Called into the Diary Room one at a time, they were given sixty seconds to tie one of those five knots. Choosing the knot to tie was easy - there were five numbered envelopes, each with one knot printed inside.
Sissy was called in first, and departed the sofa to great applause. She plucked out the envelope with Bowline on it, and proceeded to do her stuff before returning to the sitting area to face inquisitive looks. "I can't say what it is," she told them, having been sworn to secrecy by Big Brother.
A nervous looking Tania, who had been practising her knots out aloud while Sissy was in the Diary Room, was next in. She selected the envelope with Sheepshank written on it.
"Don't talk about what you've done," Steph barked when Tania returned, eager not to fail the task at this late stage.
Ray was third in, tying a reef knot, followed by a grinning Nush, who had to complete the Round Turn and Two Half Inches knot.
Finally, it was Gos, left with the job of doing a Clove Hitch.

Section three of the task followed immediately. Federico, Scott and Steph each had to answer a Cubs-related question.
And each returned looking confident. Scott gave away that he had been asked what year the woggle had been introduced - and proceeded to pretend he had got it wrong.
"What - you said 1924, right?" Tania demanded.
"We don't have to worry about this s**t no more now," Gos bellowed. But the revolutionary gusto didn't end there.
"Can we melt these woggles now?" Tania asked, rather strangely.
Not yet Tania - Big Brother has yet to announce whether they have passed the marathon task.
Come back soon to find out...
