Q. Can I vote on the web site?
A. Yes, voting information os published online (see the official website for details). Votes cost 25p each (the same as telephone, SMS or interactive TV voting).
Q. Why can I not see the SpinCam 360 degree tour?
A. It's probably because the Java Applet may is not showing in your browser. This may be because you are using a browser older than version 3. To improve your browsing experience please upgrade to the latest Internet Explorer or Netscape browser version.
If you are using Mac Internet Explorer you may get an error message explaining that you need MRJ 2.1 or greater. Download MRJ 2.2.2 and follow the installation instructions. This will make Java Applets work using Internet Explorer on the Macintosh. If you are using a mobile you should be aware that this file is over 11 megabytes and may take some time to download.
Q. Now that I've voted, when can I see the results of the polls?
A. Eviction results are announced every Friday and you can view them immediately on the website.
Q. How do I unsubscribe from the email news updates and the newsletter?
A. You should find a link at the bottom of the newsletter which you can click to unsubscribe. To stop receiving the email news updates you should send a blank message to unsubscribe@bigbrother.channel4.com.
