BSM Pass Promise is a training plan, unique to BSM learners.
The plan combines the best tuition, training aids and test preparation to help you pass your Theory and Practical Tests.
To give you the best chance to pass, Pass Promise will take you through the following steps:

BSM know a thing or two about learning to drive.
In fact, they are so confident that they’ll refund your test fees if you take their Pass Promise training plan and don’t pass. That could be as much as £77.
BSM promises to reimburse the DSA Theory Test and weekday Practical Test fees should you fail on your first attempt with BSM. To qualify for the BSM Theory Test Pass Promise, you must purchase the BSM Pass Promise pack and complete all the elements of the Theory Test training programme.
These include using the Theory interactive CD-ROM, Theory Test for Car Drivers book and the Official DSA Highway Code. Should you fail your first attempt at the Theory Test, you should complete the Theory Test refund card contained in the pack and submit to BSM along with the original DSA proof of test result to be entitled to the refund.
To qualify for the Practical Test Promise, in addition to using all the elements just listed, you must submit the MAP assessment , and the Confirmation of Test Readiness signed by your BSM Instructor to confirm the appropriate number of lessons have been taken, before taking the Practical Test. Should you fail the Practical Test, the completed card should be submitted to BSM along with the original DSA driving report and your BSM Track Record with up-to-date entries to be entitled to a refund. Refund requests must be made within 6 weeks of the original test dates.
No payment shall be made without original proof of fail (Theory Test only), DSA Driving Test Report and up-to-date BSM track record. BSM must have evidence that the learner has submitted the online MAP assessment before sitting the test to be eligible for the refund.
The BSM instructor will determine the appropriate number of lessons required to adequately prepare each learner for the test. Failure to complete the required number will render the learner ineligible for refund.
Only the cost of the official Theory Test fee and the weekday DSA Practical Test fees paid by the learner will be refunded, the extra cost of a weekend test, other expenses, fees and costs will not be refunded. Prices are correct as at 01.09.07. Refunds will be given on the first Theory Test and Practical Test only.
The Theory and Practical Test must have been booked via BSM. Fees for the Theory and Practical Tests taken before signing up to the Promise or taken with another driving school are not redeemable. Payment will be by personal cheque or redeemed against the next test retake through BSM, no other alternative can be taken. BSM reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
Only one Theory and Practical Test refund per person. Original coupons must be presented, copies not acceptable. Not transferable. Only BSM learners qualify for the Pass Promise guarantee.
