David Bowie shines in these seminal British movies both directed by Bob Hoskins. Also sings constantly throughout managing to upstage Smiley Culture on the extended soundtrack album by a short way. His version of Volare is not as good as That's Motivation! which is my favourite Bowie song. If I could I would cast him as Danny Wahlberg in my forthcoming New Kids On The Block movie. |
