Episode 5

Tensions between Desrine and Angela finally come to a head, with the pair having a face-off in the temple. However, this is nothing compared to the announcement the next day – the girls must build an aqueduct from a hidden fountain in the forest and fill seven jugs in 24 hours, or one of them will be sacrificed in place of one of the boys.

The women make a good start on the aqueduct, finding the fountain almost immediately, while the boys take the day off. It would appear that the women have had a good influence on them, however, as they clean the camp despite not being told to. Myles annoys several of the boys by making lunch for the girls as well; they believe he is just sucking up. The women find time for a good gossip whilst building the aqueduct and most of it is targeted against Lianne who is ill in bed. Lianne, however, believes that she has already helped the group by telling them where the fountain is.

Seeing that the women may actually complete the challenge, Mikey decides to sabotage the aqueduct. Only G and Fenton know his intentions. The women soon realise that their aqueduct is no longer working, and that one of the boys must have sabotaged it. They decide to leave recriminations for later, and concentrate on fixing the aqueduct. The next day, time is up- but, shocking the entire group, Angela pours one of the jugs away. So a mistress must be sacrificed- but who will it be?
