Episode 3

Things turn nasty as a snake is found amongst the boys. Myles was the one who grassed Mikey up to his mistress over the practical joke, but Mikey decides to forgive him. The rest of the boys, however, take a harder line and things get very uncomfortable. It’s not only the boys who have problems; Lianne decides that she will challenge for Gemma’s crown and the bitching between the two groups of girls continues to cause friction.

The women set the men a task – to find and retrieve the second half of the goddess statue from the jungle. The fighting between Gemma and Lianne escalates when the women try to draw a map for the boys, and tension is obvious even to the men. Once the boys find the statue, they discover that they cannot carry it, and instead decide to make a joke replacement. The women do not at first appear too angry about this, and the men are allowed to present the three things they love and hate about women.

The next morning, Christine and Karen secretly go ahead of the boys to make sure that they take the statue back to camp, and to check up on their behaviour when the women are not around. The rest of the group check through the boys’ barracks, searching for two beers which went missing from the supplies chest. Having found a secret alcohol stash at the edge of the forest, the women face down the boys on their return and punish them. Following is that night’s sacrifice. Who will be given to the sea? Only the Queen can decide.
