This week we had the Sugababes on the show and when I met them backstage they were really nice. I didn't know what to expect of them because you hear things about bands and people say they're divas. But they were so nice and just really cool people. They are much better looking in real life actually. I thought they were really hot.

Oh my god, I had to do this really embarrassing thing in front of The Saturdays! They're nice girls and I don't think they minded, but I had to take off my trousers and stand in my boxers in front of them all, while they stare at me! It was quite embarrassing because I have these little chicken legs, really pale chicken legs. Everyone was taking the mickey out of me on the set.

I also had to do this dare with some attack dogs. Behind the scenes, there's stuff that you don't see... It kept going wrong and the dog kept going crazy, not letting go of the girl that was doing it before me. I was just absolutely filling up with fright because I was really scared he was going to get hold of my arm and not let go of me. So that was really scary, but I'm glad they didn't put me with the big dog (there was a slightly smaller dog too). But they put me with the smaller one, which was lucky because I could have got killed!
