Andrea the Emo from St. Trinians is coming to Weston. She’s playing music, and singing on the stage in her REAL form – well, almost – as Paloma Faith. Half-Spanish Paloma’s first whirlwind single Stone Cold Sober blazed through us in 2009 setting us alight as it went with her soulful, quirky vocals.
A child of London’s endlessly hip Hackney Paloma attended St. Martins to study the weirdly named Time Based Arts. Well she’s wasted no time getting her art out to the masses, and the masses (ie us) love her.
Paloma honed her skills in a burlesque club, my word!
