Newham Generals
Newham Generals are 3 people called D Double E, Footsie and Dj Tubby. Their group name came about as a combination of the fact that they live in Newham and one of Double’s lyrics where he states: ‘If you mess with the Newham General, you’ll get left in Newham General.’ We will not be messing with the Newham General – fact.
They’ve already released a mixtape ‘Best of Newham Generals Vol.1’, a single ‘Head get mangled’ and an album ‘Generally Speaking.’ Now, they are currently working on their follow up album ‘Welcome to Newham’. They work with grime beats and have been known to rap. We can't wait to see what they've got!
They’re signed to another beacher Dizzee’s label and he is a big fan of the guys.
