Envy and Other Sins
Envy And Other Sins came to the nation's attention when they won Channel4's 'mobileAct Unsigned', clinching a massive record deal in the process.
The band comprises of Ali M. Forbes, Jarvey Moss, Mark E. Lees and Jim "McDrum" Macaulay on drums (we have no idea how he got that nickname). Hailing from Birmingham, the band have a reputation for being natty, and rather individual dressers, taking their inspiration from Victoriana and the industrial age of their own city.
Following their triumph on the show, the band's every movements were captured by a documentary film crew. Drummer Jim told 4music: "I feel for them, we are RUBBISH at interviews."
Their album 'We leave At Dawn' is out now.
