Sweden's Jonas Erik Altberg aka Basshunter describes his music as 'Eurodance', but whatever you call it there was no escaping his distinctive, thumping hit single 'Now You're Gone', which stayed at the top of the UK charts for five weeks.
His new single 'All I Ever Wanted', is an English language re-recording of his Swedish Top Ten hit 'Vi sitter i Ventrilo och spelar DotA' (that's easy for him to say).
Basshunter told 4music that he'd been learning English phrases from friends and films, saying: "I picked up some things from my English friend who I play 'World Of Warcraft' with. He always says "smell you later" to say goodbye which is great because you could say it in two ways - in a funny way to a friend or as a way of saying you don't like someone. I have also learned "alright darling, do you want a shag?" from Austin Powers."
