It's anybody's guess who will win each category but this is our
choice for the best of the rest 2003.

Norah Jones
'Come Away With Me' won eight Grammys which is
quite an achievement by anyones standards. If she picks up this
year's Mastercard MOBO Award for Best Jazz Act, quite frankly it
might just be a bit greedy. Having said that, Norah is indeed one
of the most outstanding and refreshing new artists around at the
moment so good on her. "It's music of mine, and many of my friends.
It was a real collaborative effort. It felt like we were making a
record in my living room." Most of the album was recorded pretty
much live, with extra guitar and voice overdubs here and there.
Hoping to scoop the award away from Norah will be Soweto Kinch,
Jamie Cullum, Roy Hargrove, Kirk Whalum.
