Fred Perry Fred Perry polo shirts have been a staple at Wimbledon since...well...forever, however, the brand has found that its clothes, which were originally created for sportspeople, were being adopted by mods and rockers before exploding onto the ska scene. Wear your FP with pride, super skinny and logo'd up to the max, Fred Perry is synonymous with style so rock with your skinny jeans for an updated version. Recently Fred Perry has also collaborated with designers such as Emma Cook and DavidDavid who have both made diffusion ranges for the brand.

Do not stop reading! Leotards and bodysuits are so hot right now and its all American Apparel's fault. Wear yours in gold lame with some hi tops and a hoody if you are brave and want to channel MIA, otherwise wear a tight bodysuit underneath a pair of your favourite jeans to jazz up a look for the evening. Probably just for the girls this one...
Trainers
Yessss, flatties are cool again and more importantly the most comfortable flat shoes are back with a vengeance - the trainer! Nike have recently brought out a floral Dunk Highs to give something back to the girls, the brand also give you the opportunity to customise your very own pair of Nike's via their NikeID concept stores. Sneaker rivals Adidas are also totally on the ball bringing out their AdiColour pair, which come with special pens for you to affectively design the look of your creps.
Tracksuits Watch this space...the humble tracksuit is losing its chav associations, you heard it here first. Coco Sumner recently wore a leather Adidas tracksuit top to a big posh do and I quite frankly, love her for it. Similarly, Colleen McLaughlin/Rooney sparked the Juicy Couture with Uggs look, which became a fashion phenomenon. To update this look move away from the velour and look into the other Juicy styles for total comfort and style. Just lets not welcome the shell suit, I can't quite deal with that one yet.
Plimsolls Seen loads of skinny indie kids complaining about wet feet recently? Well blame the alternative trend for plimsolls. A trend that came straight out of East London and was championed by bands like The Libertines before being adopted for every indie kid in the world (or so it seems). Plimps are cheap and are now stocked across the high street. Make sure you wear socks with them otherwise they tend to pong, oh, and they are totally not waterproof FYI.
