Frock Me
Our resident website's fashion expert Holly from fashion blog Never Love You More brings you weekly advice about how to recreate the look for this week's Frock Me. This time it's Anti-Fashion...

Describing anti fashion may sound like a bit of a contradiction in terms, confused? Don't be, read on to find out how to work anti fashion, don't forget to accessorise with attitude.

Ripped tights It's a craze baffling parents across the country, are they getting more shoddy at making tights these days as all the kids seem to be laddering theirs? Nope, its totally in to ladder your tights, make like Alice Dellal and get laddering those black deniers. If you want to channel anti fashion this season then here is place to start.

Studded shoes Studded shoes are all over the place at the moment, ever since the likes of Gucci, Burberry and Laboutin put them on the catwalk. Primark have created a fantastic copy version of Gucci's gold studded heels and are currently selling them for £15. Topshop are also doing some great studded high heels.

Tassels Yes, I know the word tassels makes you think of your gran's curtain tie backs and dodgy Country and Western artists but you can wear them well, promise. Gareth Pugh sent his leather dress with tassels down the runway and officially announced their return to the fashion world. Topshop are selling a gorgeous tasselled leather jacket at the moment and tasselled loafers are flying out of Russell & Bromley like no ones business. Why not buy some tasselled fringing from a haberdashery and add to the collar of t shirts? Then at least you can take it off if you're still not convinced.

Leather leggings Yep, you heard me. Get yourself down to the high street and grab some skinny leather trousers because they are so hot right now they are flying off the racks. Wear with your super high studded shoes and a lace top or long t shirt if you are feeling a bit conscious of muffin top. Can't quite handle/afford leather? Then pick up wet look leggings from French Connection, American Apparel and H&M.

Doc Martens Oh I know, I just haven't stopped talking about DM's for the whole series but I am telling you, they are huge again! First adopted by Grunge stars in the early 90s like Kurt Cobain, DM's are now having a huge revival. Why are they anti fashion? Its because Grunge was the epitome of anti fashion and they are basically work wear boots intended for post office and warehouse workers. Wear them black and shiny and remember what it feels like to wear comfy shoes again.

Geeky Glasses I'm not even joking, geeky glasses have become huge ever since Luella Bartley put them on her catwalk. Think Jarvis Cocker and wear yours with big chunky frames and clear lenses - you don't have to need glasses to wear this look by the way, just fake it with non prescription lenses or take the lenses out all together.
