Slogans, Logos and Labels was a bit of a brain-mashing theme to get your head around at first, as well as a ridiculous tongue twister to say! I had to re-do so many links because I kept saying 'Slogos'! Plus I threw a mini 'big bottom-lipped' wobbly moment when we first got to Cardiff, because even though I'd initially adored the leather thigh-high laced boots that I wore in the 'Frock Off' I got afraid that they looked ridiculous, then fell back in love with them when I realised how much they reminded me of Rihanna!!!

From then the day got better and better and the more I thought about the history behind slogan-emblazoned T-shirts that we see all the time and reminded myself how fashion can be as much political as ridiculous and fun, the theme became more interesting.

Our frockers Becca and Gavin didn't give two hoots about what anyone else thought of them and were focused on having a damn good time. It was interesting how differently they interpreted the themes.

The highlights of my day of frocking in Cardiff were forcing Becca to squeeze her feet into size 3 shoes (even though she's size 4. Oh - not to be tried at home - for catwalk purposes ONLY!) as well visiting the amazing cafe where she worked and watching Gavin nearly spray paint the floor of the designer boutique!!
