Twenty year old Ella Boucher is a graduate in performing arts and says the music she makes and writes is very different to the current generic sound of most RnB artists. Her voice is truly unique and completely different from anybody out now. Ella says that the way she looks is different, this is due to her mixed heritage- she has British, Caribbean and Spanish roots. She is into nu soul and hip-hop and really appreciates Beyonce’s style and aesthetics. Ella has been singing since she was young but really decided upon it a secondary school. She then started writing music during her A-levels. Her influences include Marvin Gaye and Joni Mitchell. Ella describes her style as quite soulful and jazzy. In five years time Ella sees herself up in bright lights doing very well, her ultimate goal is to gain success and respect from her peers and her fans.


Outside of music Ella is into fashion and her most prized item of clothing is her pair of Christian Louboutin shoes, she loves acting and dancing and is also a good cook. She describes herself as clumsy, honest, enthusiastic, stongminded and loyal.
