Bronz appeared in Chancers last time, with Fatman Scoop. We caught up with him and found out what he's been doing since the show.
I've done so much independently since Chancers. I started my own record label called Safehouse Entertainment. I went on to release a single with international recording artist Styles P, shot a video for it, got four and a half licks from Trevor Nelson on MTV Base and reached no 7 in the urban charts. I have also featured on over thirty mixtapes across New York, Miami and L. There's so much more but those were some of the highlights.
There's still a lot to look forward to, we're discussing several deals with labels in America as we speak which should help make us even bigger and get my music to more people across the world.
I have learnt that in the music business the music is only one half of the deal. How you network and handle your business is equally important. Chancers brought that to the forefront of my mind - that was differently something I learnt from the show.
The UK scene has come very far since when I started out but there's still a lot more work to be done until will get the same respect and make the same type of unit sales like our US counterparts but were definitely moving forward.
Since Chancers, Fatman Scoop has become a very good friend and features on my album. I haven't stayed in contact with any of the other Chancers but look forward to seeing them soon possibly. The people who I enjoyed working with the most aren't celebrities its the people you don't see. The people who make so much happen and get no props for it so BIG UP!
people like Phil from Killing Ants, Sonya and Jade and the rest of the team who gave us so much support during the course of the show I enjoyed working with these people.
