Too early!!! Up at 5am, down the studio for 7. Thank god for sausage butties - Lifesavers.

Were you out on the town last night? Where did you go?
No! Too much of a good lad...and I have no friends anymore!

Who arrived at the studio first?
Me, then June. We must need the longest time in make-up I guess!

What is the first thing you do when you get to the studio?
Eat, and gossip about last night's poor Pop Idol performances.

Was there a crew breakfast - what did it consist of?
The famous sausage butties for me & Vern, Caviar and Fois Gras for "The Duchess" and Prunes for the crew.

How was Terry from the Salon and did he offer any hair tips?
Very funny! I'm obsessed with The Salon, so he gave me all the inside juice. He told me not to get my hair done by Leo - I was gutted!!!

What were Holly Valance & Kelly Osbourne really like and how did they get on?
Lovely girls - they had a really good laugh in the studio and got on amazing - no bitchy backstabbing I'm afraid.

Who looked better without make-up?
I never saw them sadly - much too busy.

Any backstage requests or riders? Any funny moments?
It's amazing how a few biscuits can please even the biggest of stars. The rehearsal for the arm wrestling was funny, Kelly won in a matter of seconds and probably expected an easy ride during the real thing. I think Holly was just toying with her as she put up a real fight in the end.

What did they eat? Who did they bring with them?
Just a couple of biscuits and some fruit. Nothing ridiculous. They had pluggers with them, stylists and hair & make-up as normal, but Kelly did have a very large man with loads of tattoos all over his head and face. Quite scary.

Is Sharon Osbourne still your favourite celebrity interview?
So far. The Red Hot Chili Peppers were pretty amazing though.

Did Vern or June or you have to share dressing rooms and what's your dressing room like?
No, but we all end up in June's anyway. It's like the Met bar of Horseferry Road! My dressing room's very boring.

Who has the worst personal habits?
Steve 'The Leek' Jones. The man is a breeding ground for bad habits.

How has Steve settled into the T4 Team? Tell us a secret about him.
Steve has settled in extremely well, but he sounds just like 'H' from Steps. Shut your eyes and it could be the same person. In fact, have you seen 'H' recently???
