Hi, I'm Rick from T4. The guests we had on this week were Big Brother people. We had seven ex house mates in to talk to us about the exciting events of the previous evening on the Big Brother finale. It was interesting because I had a sneaking suspicion I was gonna hate all of them and it transpired I only hated two of them and two out of seven is actually not that bad!

The two I didn't like were Bex, who just called me 'that guy' for the entire time - well specifically 'that tall guy' - and Stef, who just seemed a bit unfriendly and up herself. But the other five were all very sweet actually and I enjoyed talking to them. And I particularly enjoyed seeing Stuart in the flesh - because he is absolutely stacked and I do like a big stacked man!

The T4 show that I'm particularly enjoying at the moment is 'The Hills', which is back and is a mighty fine show. They say some of it apparently is not entirely real although I don't believe that... I think they just stick a camcorder in a room and let it play it out. But no, I think it's an excellent show and I'm a big fan of LC and her cohorts.

Music-wise, I like that Noah and the Whale single; it's very good and the album is also good. I also like The Last Shadow Puppets and their new video, which is unbelievable - in a good way. And I like XX Teens and I quite like Ladyhawke, who we had in recently.

This evening I'm off to the Mercury Music Awards which is exciting! Some of my friends are gonna be there then we'll have a jolly old time. I'm also going to the premiere of 'Righteous Kill', which is the new Al Pacino and Robert De Niro film and I will obviously do my best to say hello to Al and Bob, good friends of mine, you know, I have a lot of time for their work.
