For the first time in Turner Prize history the public got the vote. To mark two decades of prize-winning contemporary British art, Channel 4, the Tate and the Guardian polled the people.
Did you vote for Anish Kapoor for the serene beauty of his work, Damien Hirst for his Britart iconic status, Lucian Freud, grand-master of the naked body, or bad girl Tracey Emin for her bare-all style?
