Are they too loud and frenetic and T4, Sunday morning saviour?

Are they too loud and frenetic and T4, Sunday morning saviour?

What I want to know is why, when you turn on children's television they're all shouting? What is it that makes them think that the children that are actually watching these programmes are all deaf? Maybe some of them are but obviously there are programmes that cater for those children, but generally they all shout. I think the worst thing is that you crawl in from a hard night's clubbing first thing Saturday morning or first thing Sunday morning and you've got these people screaming at you and I just think it's really unnecessary.

CITV and CBBC
Childrens programmes are far too frenetic in their presentation style. The more restful or informative programmes are becomming rare. Schools programmes, such as Come Outside, Cats eyes etc are brilliant, but will be missed by many. Some dramas are excellent, as are art and craft shows, but there are far too many American comedy(?!) shows and cartoons.
