Should there be a new programme promoting unsigned bands?

I am a musician and watch 4
Music every week. My favourite programme is 'House
of Rock' because of its humourous way of keeping the musicians
of the past still very much alive & contributing all of thier
personalities into a comedy cartoon show. I think however sometimes
there are some harsh references to dead stars lives & I often
wonder if any of the deceased families may be watching - has there
ever been a complaint off anyone close to the stars?
There should
also be a programme supporting unsigned bands for different regions
of the country, for example a programme based in a different region
each week (Merseyside, Manchester & places alike) - what do you
think? I think it would spark alot of interest from other musicians
all round the country and it would be a great way to improve viewing
ratings.

I am contacting you to tell you my opinions on your TV
channel, there are many programs that I find intresting on your channel
such as 4
Music, the soaps, comedy shows and many more. I would just
like to say I think your channel is one of the most varied channels
today. You can switch on and find a documentary about the most horrific
thing around, then wait an hour, and there is the funniest comedy
getting shown, an hour its all about music so I think that your channel
has the best varied media around.
