I've been watching the first Heavy TV episode. Dear God in Heaven
channel 4, this is a shocker. You can do so much better than
this aimless tat. A bunch of screaming vacuous morons and their
foul mouths. Could this possibly be 'Trisha' without the hostess
??

It looked interesting in the blurb, but I could only stand five
minutes of this mess. You're really just pointing a camera at
any old thing and hoping for the best now, it seems. A rabble
trying to shout over each other with not very much to say does
not, I'm afraid, make for interesting, enjoyable, or entertaining
tv. What happened to you people? You used to be good...

Heavy TV has to be the worst piece of programming I have seen
ever. How a bunch of people whose behaviour seems more akin
with that of children; ie shouting and 'butting in' over one
another can be given valuable airtime seems pathetic. I can't
how they could all talk so much without making one intelligent
comment!

I've just seen one of the most brilliant pieces of television
for such a long time. It was straight forward, in your face
and bold. no bullshit. It was people that I could relate to
without feeling like their putting on an act or playing up to
the cameras. They were layed back without being boring. They
were able to put forward their views and ideologies without
trying to sound clever, some people might view their body language
as crude but that is the reality of LONDON! This is exactly
what young londeners need and I want to congratulate channel4
for recognising our youth and producing such intelligent tv.

Normski. Not a lot you can say really. He's had his day more
than once already. A brave attempt but nothing new to offer.

This was a great programme on how far we have all come in being
able to discuss things openly. Its a good way to open some of
the current moral issues and debate them even if it is not by
putting our hands up and asking Sir if we can speak! Its for
the not so light hearted, so you are warned and if you dont
like REAL people who are not faking it or acting polite just
to be Famous, then watch this, its great and interesting, but
mostly upfront and honest...see if you can handle it?

Dear Sweet Jesus!! What entirely thoughtless TV. This is the
first time I've watched this and only because a friend told
me how bad it was. He was right. I have to wonder where the
cast comes from and I can only guess it's from mindless friends
of mindless production teams from the Soho area of London. When
will these media related scum be wiped from the planet like
we would get rid of rats?

I vaguely remember watching the original show sometime last
year and was looking forward to seeing it again in the future.
After a while I thought it was to be a one hit wonder. Then
last week to my surprise I came in from work (yes, we all like
a drink or two after work) and I saw the programme back and
it seemed new and fresh. What happened this week, it was like
coming home with the wrong bunch, you know when you just want
the conversation to get a bit juicy and no-one else seems to
be on your level. There was no level, too many people had nothing
to say and the conversation was drab and boring. What happened
to Norm, he was really bored and he's a man who always has something
to say and when he finally does give us hope of something, you
cut him off with some ad's. Have some respect for the brother
man! I'll still be watching next week, but please, please, please
give us some more life.

I seriously can't believe how pretentious the people on this
programme actually are. I mean it's just random people thinking
they are so cool as to to decide what people should watch or
think. It is so frustrating to watch, seeing these muppets talking
about pop culture as if they know whats what, saying 'this is
manufactured and that is manufactured' when what they fail to
realise is that everything is manufactured!! Record companies
don't sign people if they don't think if there is profit to
be had. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaargh I hate this programme more than I
have ever hated a programme ever.

I think that this show does not deserve the bad comments that
it has been given! Im 16 and even I can see this! Its cool to
see that there are programs that talk about music me and my
mates can associate to. "A bunch of screaming vacuous morons
and their foul mouths!" was in my mind a VERY ignorant
view that someone gave on the think tv web site! The people
on the show knew what they were talking about and so did I and
so would many other people if they were watching. I will definately
be watching this show more often!
