Steve has been involved in music and art his whole life. He is a keen painter and was a house DJ and agent in the late 80's, a player in the rave scene. He is now a multimedia artist who builds and creates in Second Life as well as taking thousands of photos to document this new place. In Second Life Steve has built an installation piece called Sick Cat which explores both his fears of hospitals and his desire to live on after death.
Steve believes that one day, we will be able to live completely within a simulated reality. Fascinated and scared by death, Steve sees technology as a replacement for religion and dreams of being able to upload his consciousness into a computer to live on, Matrix-like, after death.
