In the style of the parlour game ‘Consequences’, Lost for Words presents four stories created from scratch by writers, celebrities, members of the public and children.
Each film begins with the famous author reading the story in their own style, before celebrities and members of the public take the tale anywhere they like by writing a paragraph of their own. Once the story has been on its 'journey' it arrives back to the original author who finishes it off.
The full stories will be aired as Three Minute Wonders on Channel 4 at the following times:
Monday 22 October 7.55pm: TV Triangle by Sebastian Faulks
Tuesday 23 October 7.55pm: Virtual Sock Drawer by Nick Hornby
Wednesday 24 October 7.55pm: Shotgun Wedding by Jilly Cooper
Thursday 25 October 7.55pm: A Betta World by Martina Cole
Celebrity contributors include Harry Hill, Dave Spikey, John Thomson, Sarah Beeny, Amanda Lamb, June Sarpong, Jon Culshaw and Ed Byrne.
