The website of this organisation has the results of a Report published in April 2007 on government funded abstinence initiatives in the USA. These 'Abstinence-Only-Until-Marriage' programmes have not proven to be effective in delaying or decreasing sexual activity among young people. The programmes prohibit any discussion of contraception, including condoms, and are seen as causing harm to young people.
