Breathe, the fantastic filmmaking project from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4's 4Talent produced a selection of short online virals written by teenagers to encourage young smokers to quit and deter others from starting.
Teenagers from across the UK were asked to submit ideas about the dangers of smoking that could be developed into a high impact film that would make other young people sit up and take notice.
The top ten were short listed from over 1,500 entries. After a two day workshop held at Channel 4, the ideas were developed into fully formed film proposals. After being tested in focus groups, a panel of leading tobacco researchers and filmmaking experts then chose the winning selection.
Congratulations to the winning filmmakers who are:
Oliver Sabine, 15 from Brighton
Sophie King, 15 from Northampton
Naomi Hodgson, 18 from Grimsby
