The Ottagono of the Gallleria Vittorio Emanuele is the gateway to the historic center of Milan and an opulant arcade of glass and steel, boutiques and cafés. In Michael Elmgreen and Ingar Dragset's installation, a white car and its caravan seem to have appeared at the center of the Galleria, cracking the floor and destroying its precious mosaics.
