 From a diverse shortlist of potential artists suggested by the ART4 panel, eight artists were selected to form part of the ART4 collection. The works were unveiled at the beginning of November 2003, with the exception of two site-specific commissions by Lucy Skaer and Simon Periton, launched at the end of March 2004.
