Channel 4 may require production companies to set up a mandated trust account into which the Channel pays production advances. This form may be used to establish such an account.

Editorial Specification Form
As part of the Best Practice initiative a detailed editorial specification will be attached to the contract. This should be written by the producer, agreed with the commissioning editor and Commercial Affairs Manager, and should include editorial and staffing expectations, and an agreed timetable for production, post-production, viewings and scripts.
